Northeast Technology Center (NTC) is a public, independent school district and one of the oldest technology centers in the state of Oklahoma. Located in the heart of Green Country, NTC serves the patrons of all or parts of eight counties in northeast Oklahoma, including Cherokee, Craig, Delaware, Mayes, Nowata, Ottawa, Rogers and Wagoner Counties, and the district covers approximately 3,500 square miles.
Northeast Technology Center offers a wide range of opportunities to prepare students for success in a career, while potentially earning credits toward a college degree. With four campuses across Northeast Oklahoma, NTC trains over 1,200+ students each year in its full-time, daytime programs. Through NTC's Business & Industry Services, along with short-term night and weekend classes, almost 20,000 additional students train through NTC.
Students can choose from a variety of programs including heath careers, pre-engineering, automotive, information technology, cosmetology, business and industry training, specialized adult education and more. The programs available allow students to pursue their individual career goals or simply explore a variety of interests. Tuition is free for public, private and home-schooled high school students and very affordable for adult learners. Morning, afternoon, all-day and evening classes are available to fit any student’s schedule.
Northeast Technology Center is dedicated to providing quality services to the students it serves. Through career advisement and building partnerships with businesses and industry in the district, NTC helps create opportunities for work-based experience and student placement after program completion.
